30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on eligible items.
Original Packaging Required
Items must be returned in the original box they were shipped in, unused and in the same condition you received them. Returns that arrive without original packaging may be refused.
Buyer Pays Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Filters of any kind are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other product categories are eligible under this policy.
How to Start a Return
Contact us
Reach out via our contact page or email us at support@lefarfelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack your item
Place the item back in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
Ship it back
Use a trackable carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Send us the tracking number once shipped.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
